Sriram has 4 years of research experience in Delhi University and 34 years of experience in developing, manufacturing and marketing of Diagnostic devices and kits, catering to worldwide markets in both private and public sectors.

He currently serves as Director and CEO of Molbio Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. which manufactures and markets diagnostic devices. Previously, he worked with Behring Diagnostics (Hoechst India Limited) for 3 years and with Shree Krishna Keshav Labs for 3 years to set up diagnostics manufacturing and marketing. He founded Tulip group in 1989 and grew it to become the largest IVD reagent company in India and a significant player globally and successfully exited to Perkin Elmer, USA in Jan 2017. He acts as mentor/director in Kallows Engineering, Inventrom Pvt. Ltd.; and is an Investor/Director in Prognosys Health Care Pvt. Ltd., Eureka Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. & Core Integra Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd.
