At Partner Point, he has created a list of highly satisfied clients that includes domestic and also small & large global companies. Partner Point has also acted as an important bridge between industry & both – private equity & venture capital funds to create deals that are mutually accretive. Prior to Partner Point, Deepak held leadership positions across multiple healthcare companies. At Piramal Healthcare (PHL) as President-Sales, Marketing & Business development – He was heading 3 SBU’s with sales amounting to Rs.400Cr. During his tenure, he played a major role in identifying & sourcing new products & technologies to build a sustainable pipeline. He was instrumental in 23 licensing deals with leading multi-national corporations & played a major role in 13 acquisitions that PHL managed during his tenure; At ConvaTech (Medical devices unit of Bristol Myers Squibb) as General Manager, he was responsible for India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka operations; At German Remedies (amalgamation of leading German companies like Boehringer Ingleheim & Beecham Wulfing), he headed marketing operations & then as Executive assistant to the Expat managing director, was involved in assisting him in operations & alliance management. Also, at Johnson & Johnson, he held sales responsibilities in pharmaceutical & medical devices verticals.
He is a Graduate in Science with post graduate qualification in Management from University of Mumbai.
