Adeeti joined Somerset in 2026. She is an ESG professional with 10+ years of experience in ESG consulting  – environmental and social risk assessment, sustainability strategy, and regulatory compliance across sectors, regions along with industrial experience. At Somerset, she focuses on ESG initiatives across the Fund and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Somerset as ESG Manager, Adeeti served as Senior Associate at PwC Services LLP. She has also held roles at ERM India Pvt. Ltd., Arcadis India Pvt. Ltd., and Building Environment India Pvt. Ltd., where she conducted Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD), ESIA/EIA studies, ESMS development, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and environmental audits across renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, and fintech sectors.

Her work demonstrates strong alignment with global standards and frameworks, including IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, ADB, DFC, AIIB requirements, SFDR PAI indicators, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP), and Indian environmental regulations. She has also led ESAP preparation, BRSR reporting, and physical climate risk assessments for a wide range of clients.

Adeeti holds an M.Sc. in Applied & Environmental Geoscience from the University of Tübingen.
