Vaibhav is a highly accomplished finance professional with over 20 plus years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and Capital markets.  His previous roles include leadership roles with leading Private equity funds and Investment banking firms in India.

Prior to his current role He served as Director (Healthcare) at Creador (Emerging markets Focused growth equity fund), where he has successfully managed major investments in domestic formulations, Pharma packaging company and a Hospital. He played an active role in business development, GTM strategy and M&A in various portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Creador, Vaibhav spent five years in the investment banking teams at some of India’s leading domestic investment banks such as Edelweiss Capital. In his investment banking career he has vast experience spanning buy out and Minority transactions. He has also advised several PE funds on exits and have managed several IPOs . He was also with Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI) – Citi’s emerging markets PE business for five years where he was involved in Buyouts and growth equity transactions.        

Vaibhav completed his Postgraduate Programme in Management with Dean’s List honours from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and has a Bachelor in Management Studies from Mumbai University. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Outside of work, Vaibhav enjoys listening to Indian classical music and is an amateur table tennis player.
