Dhaval joined Somerset in 2021 and focuses on Investment Opportunity evaluation & analysis, monitoring, ESG and Fund Reporting.

Prior to joining Somerset, Dhaval worked as an Investment Banking Associate and Strategy Consultant with a boutique Indian Investment Banking Firm for over 3 years handling deal execution, financial modelling, deal structuring and streamlining business strategies for clients across various sectors. Dhaval also worked with BDO India LLP as part of his CA Articled training program handling Corporate Tax Compliances.

Dhaval is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and a post graduate in Commerce.
