Shefali joined Somerset in 2025. She is a finance and operations professional with experience in fund reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit management within the financial services sector.

She is currently a Senior Associate in the Finance and Operations team at Somerset, where she focuses and manages investor reporting, oversees compliance, and supports portfolio valuations. She also coordinates internal and statutory audits for the funds and Investment Manager entity, including PPM related reviews and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Somerset, Shefali worked at Deloitte in the financial services audit practice, covering NBFCs, wealth management companies, private equity funds, and credit rating agencies. She also gained experience at BDO India, where she was involved in statutory audits for real estate and BPO clients.

Shefali is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mithibai College.
