Ameya joined Somerset in June 2024 and focuses on ESG functions.

Before joining Somerset, he was working with PwC and was part of ESG deals team where he was involved in conducting ESG due-diligences, Environmental & Social Impact assessments (ESIA), Ecological assessments, Critical Habitat screenings/assessments for greenfield & existing projects across sectors such as- Renewable energy, infrastructure, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc. He has also worked as an Environment consultant in a consulting engineering firm. Apart from this he has also worked in ecological research & conservation. Overall, he has 8+ years of experience spread across ESG consulting, Environmental & Ecological research & conservation.

Ameya holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Science.
