Clara joined Somerset in 2024 and leads the firm’s HR function. She is a strategic HR professional with over six years of experience with a focus on consulting and enterprise environments.
Prior to Somerset, she worked with Upman Placements, Atos Syntel, Expertrons, and Edwise International, where she drove HR strategy and governance, strengthened HRMS and payroll processes, ensured statutory compliance, and supported performance and compensation frameworks. Her experience also spans organizational design, leadership hiring, succession planning, DEI initiatives, and employee engagement programs enabled by people analytics and digital transformation.
Clara holds a postgraduate degree in HR and Administration from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
